Are there any hidden fees with the 1% Listing Service?No, there are no hidden fees. Our 1% commission is straightforward. However, the buyer's agent commission, typically around 2-3%, is usually paid by the seller, which is standard in most real estate transactions. There are also other transaction costs like escrow, title, HOA, and transfer fees. My listing fee is only 1%, saving you an average of $15,000 (or more)! If you contact me, I can prepare an estimate net sheet for you to review all the general costs of selling your home.
